I have four years professional fitness experience as a group exercise instructor/personal trainer for studios, rec. centers, and physical therapy clinics with a degree in Health Promotion. I started teaching group fitness classes while in college and realized my passion for helping people to improve their quality of life through their success in fitness. I have made it my mission to educate everyone I come in contact with on the importance of how their overall wellness can improve every aspect of their life. I love to keep my classes exciting and fresh by continually challenging members according to their fitness level and bringing in new, creative exercises to each session. I want to help everyone achieve their fitness goals in a fun and caring environment while still challenging them to surpass their goals. When I am not in the gym I love to be outdoors doing anything adventurous with my husband and our 3 legged dog.
