If you are 100% sure that you would like to cancel your membership, please follow the steps below:
If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (and we hope you do) membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
If you would like to put your membership on hold instead of canceling, you can submit a MEMBERSHIP HOLD REQUEST for a 30 day period.
You must cancel in person. We do not accept cancellations through text, email, or voice.
A written request must be delivered in person, by the member 30 days in advance from the cancellation date.
